3. What is the ringing sound I hear during ultrasonic cavitation?
During ultrasound cavitation, some clients hear a high-pitched ringing or buzzing noise
in their ears. This is completely normal! The sound is caused by ultrasonic waves
vibrating in the fat cells, and it’s more noticeable for some people than others. Don’t
worry—it’s harmless and stops as soon as the treatment ends.
4. When will I see results?
Results vary, but most clients start seeing changes after 3-6 sessions, with full results
appearing after 8-12 sessions. The key? Consistency, hydration, and a healthy lifestyle.
5. Are results permanent?

Before Your Session:

- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink at least 2 liters of water 24-48 hours before your
session. Your body needs it to flush out fat naturally.

- Skip alcohol & caffeine for 24 hours. These dehydrate the body and slow lymphatic
drainage.

- Eat light & clean. Avoid heavy, greasy, or high-carb meals 2 hours before your
session. Stick to lean protein, veggies, and whole foods.

- Wear comfy clothing. Loose, breathable clothing is best—plus, no lotions or oils on
the treatment area before your session.

After Your Session:
- Keep up the hydration! Aim for 2+ liters of water daily for at least 3-5 days post-
treatment to flush out toxins.

- Move your body. Light exercise (even just walking) helps speed up results.
​
- Eat clean, avoid processed foods. Cut back on sugar, salt, and junk foods to keep
inflammation low and results high.

- No alcohol or caffeine for 48 hours. Give your body time to naturally process and
